Each seller is responsible for dispatching and delivering products to the buyer safely and on time.

Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped by the seller within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the buyer’s city and the courier service used by the seller.
Buyers will receive tracking details (where available) once the product is shipped.

Delivery Areas

Currently, Indian Deals operates in metro cities only.
As we expand, more cities and regions will be added to our delivery network.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are set by the seller and clearly mentioned on the product listing page before checkout.
In most cases, sellers offer free shipping within metro cities.

2. Return Policy

We want every purchase made through Indian Deals to be smooth and worry-free.
To ensure customer satisfaction, all verified sellers on our platform agree to a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Return

A phone is eligible for return if:

The product received is not as described or significantly different from the listing.
The phone is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery.
Accessories or parts mentioned in the listing are missing.

Conditions for Return

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, box, and invoice.
Any damage or sign of misuse after delivery may void the return eligibility.

Return Process

Contact the seller directly through Indian Deals or customer support within 7 days of delivery.
Share photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
Once the seller approves, the item will be collected and inspected.
Depending on the case, you’ll receive a replacement or refund as per seller policy.

3. Warranty Policy

All phones sold on Indian Deals come with a minimum 6-month warranty, provided either by:

The brand/manufacturer, or
The seller (for refurbished or pre-owned phones)

Warranty coverage details are clearly mentioned on each product listing page.

4. Important Notes

Indian Deals acts as an online marketplace facilitating direct transactions between buyers and verified sellers.
Shipping, returns, and warranty fulfillment are handled by the respective sellers, but we monitor all transactions to ensure buyer protection and transparency.
