- Use Report this ad on the relevant listing whenever possible.
- Choose the most accurate reason and provide concise supporting facts.
- For legal, intellectual-property or urgent safety concerns, email info@indiandeals.com with the listing reference.
- Do not send unnecessary identity documents, passwords or banking credentials.
Review process
A report may be marked open, investigating, escalated, resolved or dismissed. Moderators may review the listing, seller history and related evidence and may temporarily or permanently remove content while investigating.
Possible outcomes
- No action where the report is unsupported or does not identify a violation.
- A request for corrections or evidence.
- Ad removal or restoration.
- Seller warning, suspension or blacklisting.
- Preservation or disclosure of records where required by applicable law.
Fairness and misuse
Reports are assessed in context and enforcement is recorded. Knowingly false, retaliatory or abusive reports may themselves violate the Community Guidelines.
Formal complaint?
Use the grievance process if ordinary reporting does not resolve the issue.
