1. IndianDeals Rights
1. The IndianDeals name, logo, interface, software, databases, text and original materials are owned by or licensed to Indian Deals and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
2. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Platform according to these Terms.
2. User Content
1. Users must upload only content they own or are authorised to use. Product names and trademarks may be used truthfully to identify genuine goods but not to imply sponsorship.
2. Counterfeit goods, copied photos and misleading use of trademarks are prohibited.
3. Complaints
1. Rights owners or authorised representatives may email support@indiandeals.com with: contact details; identification of the protected work/mark; exact listing URL or identifier; description of infringement; proof of rights/authority; a good-faith statement; and a signed declaration that the information is accurate.
2. IndianDeals may remove or restrict content, notify the user, request further evidence and terminate repeat infringers. IndianDeals may reject incomplete, fraudulent or abusive notices.
3. A user disputing removal may provide ownership/licence evidence and a clear explanation. Restoration is discretionary and subject to law and risk.
