1. Service
1. A Featured Ad is a paid advertising service that may increase visibility of an eligible listing for the displayed duration and placement.
2. It is not a product-verification, seller-verification, insurance, lead guarantee, sale guarantee or endorsement service.
2. Price and Activation
1. Price, applicable taxes, duration and key placement information will be displayed before purchase.
2. Activation may be immediate or may follow payment confirmation and moderation. Duration generally starts when the feature becomes active, unless checkout states otherwise.
3. IndianDeals may rotate, cap, reorder or vary featured inventory to maintain fairness, relevance, safety and system performance.
3. User Responsibilities
1. Only compliant listings may use paid promotion. Payment does not prevent moderation or removal.
2. You are responsible for checking the listing and selected package before payment and for keeping the listing available and accurate during the promotion.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
1. Before activation: where technically available, a user may request cancellation. Any refund is subject to payment-gateway processing, taxes and applicable law.
2. After activation: advertising fees are generally non-refundable because digital placement begins immediately and inventory is consumed, except for duplicate payment, a proven technical failure substantially preventing delivery, an incorrect charge attributable to IndianDeals, or where applicable law requires a refund.
3. No refund is due because a listing received fewer views, enquiries or sales than expected; the user sold elsewhere; changed their mind; entered an unattractive price; was unavailable; or voluntarily deleted the listing.
4. No refund is generally due where the listing/account is removed or restricted for policy violation, fraud risk, unlawful content or inaccurate information.
5. Refund requests must be sent to support@indiandeals.com with order details within seven days of the issue, unless a longer period is required by law. Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible, subject to gateway timelines.
5. Payment Security
1. Payments may be processed by an independent gateway. Its terms apply. IndianDeals does not ask for UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password through chat or support.
2. Chargebacks or payment disputes made fraudulently may result in account restriction and recovery action.
